A “life-saver” for hockey moms and dads, THE PUCK contains 2 screw drivers, a lace hook, a honing stone and spare helmet screws neatly packed into a durable rotating puck-shaped housing that can clip onto a hockey bag. Initiated as a study in silicone, we designed this line of kitchen gadgets to utilize its remarkable heat resistant and food-safe properties. The generously sized SCOOP spoon rest is a sleek yet organic form that will compliment any kitchen. SPLATMAT offers a completely new surface protection product for the kitchen. It can be placed on or next to a stove and can hold several kitchen utensils. It can also keep eggs from rolling and can be used to contain a “salt pinch pile”. The HOT ROXX trivet gets its name from the unique marbleized effect that we’ve pioneered in kitchen silicone.

The GRiiPA, a trade-mark of Trimtag Trading Inc., is an emerging brand of innovative accessories that hang from mirror and glass without tools, adhesives or fasteners.. It is superior to traditional suction cups in its holding power and versatility. Equal acts as GRiiPA’s design department: we design GRiiPA products, packaging and marketing material. These are some conceptual products in development for GRiiPA including plant containers that hang on windows, a shelf that grips to mirror and a utility bin that clings to the side of a washing machine. These conceptual renderings are part of a new development cycle for a major lighting manufacturer and distributor. Since this was their first collection with an outside design firm, they were careful about who to hire. Our design philosophies were similar and they were confident in our experience designing lighting for other well known brands. There is much more lighting to come in 2010 after the public launch of this collection.
